Our first session
Reaching out for support is a big step – and it takes courage. I know this because I’ve been there too.
It’s completely natural to feel some tension before your first session.
You might not be sure how to describe what’s going on, why you feel stuck, or why certain patterns keep repeating.
For many, it can feel vulnerable to open up, to show emotions, or to ask for help.
Whatever shows up for you; this is where we begin. Think of our first session as a gentle walk together.
We’ll start exactly where you are – mentally and emotionally – and explore the challenges you’re facing in your life right now.
I’ll bring in elements of your Human Design to help guide our conversation, offering reflections that allow you to pause, notice, and share at your own pace.
You decide how much or how little you want to open up; there’s no pressure and no expectation.
By the end of our first meeting, we’ll have uncovered the topics that truly matter to you.
This will give us a clear, natural direction for the sessions that follow.
